My name is Kimberly Ray. I am certified in Quantum Energy Therapy, Unity Activation, Reiki Level 1, and Holistic Nutrition. I have also spent years studying herbalism and create small batch, organic, cruelty-free, ethically sourced, and sustainable herbal products. I am passionate about assisting you in finding your way back to your-self. The self you left behind in the early years of life, when you were told that certain parts of you were not lovable or acceptable, the self that got buried again and again, layer upon layer, at each moment that you felt less than worthy. The parts of you that you had to hide in order to survive.

My mission is to help you discover and work through those layers that keep you from living your truth, the truth that we are each born to embody and express in our own unique way.
